Day Trips – 25% with booking; Full payment due 10 days prior to trip date

Cruises and classes–25% with booking – Full payment due 30days prior to trip date

Locals and women’s days – pay in full at booking

Cancellation Policy

If you have made reservations and need to cancel we must receive your cancellation notice at least 28 days prior to your scheduled trip. After the 28-day notice, all funds are 100% non-refundable. If the canceling skier can find a replacement guest to fill the seat, then any funds we have received can be transferred to the replacement skier. All cancellations must be received in writing.

In the rare case that skiing must be cancelled due to mechanical failure, Valhalla Adventures, LLC, will provide ski credits for the time missed, which can be applied to another day. We will not provide a refund for accommodation or meals that have been used. Valhalla Adventures, LLC, cannot be held responsible for weather-related issues. Refunds will not be given for weather or snow condition related issues. Valhalla Adventures, LLC, reserves the right to cancel a package at any time, and full refunds will be given. The company cannot be held responsible for any clients' personal inconvenience or travel expenses. We still guarantee you'll have an adventure.
