Welcome to Valhalla Adventures, LLC, based in Whitefish, Montana. We specialize in cat accessed powder skiing and riding here in Northwest Montana. Our license with the Stillwater State Forest includes 35 square miles of terrain accessing Striker Ridge.

As Northwest Montana's only cat accessed backcountry service, we offer guided tours by committed and knowledgeable individuals who enjoy skiing and snowboarding as much as you do. Our goal is to provide a unique backcountry experience which is hassle free and suited to your desires. From steeps for advanced riders to rolling glades for intermediates, we can provide the terrain to suit your abilities.

Skiers and snowboarders from all over the world come to revel in the abundance of quality powder in Northwest Montana. Our comfortable atmosphere lends a hand in making this an adventure you won't soon forget.

Our 30 ft backcountry yurt is a warm and comfortable refuge for both day and overnight trips with a wood stove, comfortable bunks and well thought out living area. Specialty dinner trips and multi-day trips are not only offered, but recommended. It is a unique experience to wake up to the sites and sounds of the backcountry, knowing your first turns are only minutes away.

Dinner cruises and educational workshops are perfect gatherings for old friends as well as a great opportunity for meeting new people who share your passion for powder.

We offer Introduction to backcountry courses in addition to being a course provider for avalanche Level 1 and Level II classes.
